01When will my NeoRacer ship?
First batch units are expected to ship in June/July 2026. You will receive tracking information and shipping updates via email.
02What is the pre-order pricing?
The first 60 orders get the early bird price of $2,500. After that, the price increases to the standard $2,700. Lock in your price by ordering early.
03Do I get a discount for ordering multiple kits?
Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically at checkout: 3% off 5+ kits, 5% off 8+, 8% off 10+, and 12% off 15+. The discount applies to whichever price is active (pre-order or standard).
04Do you offer educational or bulk discounts?
Yes. Contact support@neobotics.org for classroom, lab, or bulk pricing for schools and universities.
05Is the NeoRacer M1 tax-deductible?
Kit purchases are not tax-deductible. Donations to Neobotics Foundation (EIN 33-4004770) through the donate page are tax-deductible under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. tax code.
06Can I order more than one?
Yes! You can order as many units as are available.
07Is there a refund policy?
Pre-orders are fully refundable up until the manufacturing begins. After that, standard return policies apply once you receive your unit.
08Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
09Do you plan on making more than 100 units this year?
We would love to! It ultimately depends on demand. As a nonprofit, we are focused on building slowly and prioritizing quality, making each kit as good as it can possibly be.
10Is a battery included?
No — due to international shipping regulations around lithium-ion batteries, the battery is not included in the kit. We recommend purchasing one separately in your home country.
